An artist that i am also heavily inspired by is Francoise Nielly, I really like how he explores colours within his art work. The colours that Francoise Nielly uses within his art work are bright, so they have very positive connotations. I also like how Francoise Nielly uses faces as the main focus within his paintings, I have use this inspiration within my art work by using faces as the main focus. i find that when painting faces you can show emotions and you can tell a lot about an artist by the way they have applied the medium to the type of canvas or paper etc. Francoise Nielly is this case applies the paint by a pallet knife and I find this so interest as the faces looks so realistic even though they are not precisely applied to the paper/canvas.
