Another artist that I enjoy looking at is Francis Bacon as I really like his warped imagination. Bacon suffers from a series of mental health problems, this could suggest as to why I enjoy his art work a lot as I can get a similar understanding as to what his work means and to also embrace what he was/is feeling within his everyday life. Francis uses mediums such as oil pastels or chalks ect. which is a medium that I haven't explored in to extremes, however I think the texture the mediums give is very interesting compared to the texture that acrylic paint gives.
