Another artist that I really enjoyed looking at for this project at uni was Debra Hurd, I think Hurd's work is very similar to mine due to the amount of colours she uses within her painting, she makes very bright paintings, which tend to be very famous people who have passed away, so for example people like Bob Marley. Hurd is a massive fan of music, and is deemed as a musician herself, she also likes to use jazz, rock, and blues musicians to show her passion for this genre. she's tends to use colour within her oil paintings as she likes to create an awareness for light.
